Re: Broken ankle...keep fit?
Thanks very much for the advise...i tried eating the 1200 calories today, and realized it was next to nothing! I had been following the advise from another site on what caloric intake should be if i wanted to lose weight. I was eating more than 2000 a day before, probably quite a bit more. I didn't ...

Re: Has anyone tried weight loss pills?
The other thing to keep in mind is that if youre feeling hungry a lot of the time, there are a few things you can do! First, make sure you're drinking plenty of water. You should be getting at least 64oz/day, more if youre active. The more water you drink, the more full you will feel. Your stomach i...

I recently broke ankle playing basketball and I'm concerned that I'm going to gain weight. I actually want to lose about 20 pounds, so this is a really tough time for me! I'm go...

Re: Working hard with no results
In addition to what Nicki says, you may want to think about changting the intensity throughout your workout. You may not be able to sustain a workout with an intensity at a 7 or 8, but you can do short bursts of higher intensity cardio. This can burn up to 3x the amount of fat as regular cardio trai...

Re: Can ab exercises be done every day?
I've done a lot of researching and work on abs. I do pilates every day for abs (10 minutes of intense training). However, before you can see definition in your abs, you must do a lot of cardio. The research says that for women, you must lower your body at percentage to about 15% before seeing defini...
