Cheat Day (chose today because I am out of healthy food and can't go buy more until tomorrow :( ) the only unhealthy thing I ate was bean and cheese burrito

Yeah...I was doing good with fruit/veggies...having about 6 servings a day until I ran out. Going shopping again tomorrow. I do ALL kinds of stuff with cottage cheese to get more protein. I mix it into chili, mix into taco salad, mix it with fresh chopped tomato with a little salt/pepper, mix it into spagetti....it's so flavorless that it won't clash with the flavors of your foods, so as long as the texture is right for...
