I tried to stick to water/tea diet - lasted 2.5 hours :lol: to be honest some of these tips sounds like written by a 12 year old (no offence) :oops: in opinion it's all about 5 rules: - balance (little bit of everything lean protein, good carbs, nice fruit and veg, pulses, MUFA,etc including occasio...

I read last night that Holland and Barrett might have it, so might have a look there in a couple of days. I live in teh middle of nowhere so no waitrose hera hah. And had a look in Aldi - no luck.
Will go and have a look next week. If they have some and I'll get 10 jars :D

Hiya Does anyone know where I can get almond butter in the UK? I tried asda, morrisons, tesco and sainsbury and nothing. I found cashew nut butter - which is actually fab, but not what i'm looking for. i know I can get it online, but I would prefer to get it in a "normal" shop So if anyone...
