Well, this is going to sound obvious maybe. Eat alot more protien and carbs. Eat clean but alot more. 6 times a day. Up your calories and dont be afraid of the carbs. Dont do alot of cardio. Tomorrow I'll be starting 3 day work out routine.. question is.. Is it better to just work your abs one day out of the three, and not all three days to let them get some rest? I will add to all the others. Cardio last.

If you do cardio first , it can take from the intensity of your weight training because your wore out.
