Every 2 days just pull ups, sit ups, weights over head, curls, squats with weights and bending the bull bar. 4 x 10 reps of each with as little recovery time a possible (about 10 seconds between each). But in the main I think I have been more active overall, just taking the dog for a walk everynight...
