Ok thanks for all the advice ill put it all in action.......as for full body work out sounds good i just dont know where to start........ but one thing i did start p 90 x today i got a hell of a work out from it also so thats good but one other question should i also do some cardio afterwards or am ...

Ok I started p 90 x today but i was wondering should i also be doing 30 mins of cardio also with the program or is p 90 x all i need? and also should i be doing a different video everyday or every other day????

Need advice
im 21 5'3 and 190 lbs. I was wondering if someone could make me a work out plan to go by. I really want to work from the stomach up but whole body needs work. I want to lose at least 40-50 lbs.
