mmmmmm---try just a fresh tomato slice with a fresh mozzarella slice on top then put a little olive oil , dash of sea salt and a piece of basil on top:)

seeing that we got a lot of replies to Peanut Butter post.............just thought I should continue it with this one......I prefer to use the organic sugar free jelly and jams (mostly blueberry, acai, and black currant mix).

try frozen organic strawberries and blueberries, 1 banana, little chocolate soymilk, 1/2 scoop protein powder, ground flaxseed meal, peanut butter, and strawberry kefir ..mmmmmmmm:)

Peanut butter

i have been putting in organic dry roasted valencia peanut butter into smoothies the past few weeks-----it really thickens it up and tastes great. :D

no more fast food!--whole foods only and drink water only. Make a big salad with avocado's, tomatoes, beets, beans, tuna, grilled chicken, salmon red onions, olives, etc...:)
