I recommend an elliptical machine if u have access to one. work ur way from 15 mins a day and add about 5 mins a week untill u get to 30 mins. there's less strain on ur joints as well as ur heels and feet. i usually have problems with too much pressure on the heels of feet. this machine helped me lo...
