cardio plan
hello first time and here be nice and i will try to be grammatically correct. I work out very little probably 1-2 times a month sad i know. goal is 1 set every other day of 3/2/3, 3 mins moderate speed running, 2 mins sprint, and 3 minutes of moderate speed again. of course i will do a 5 min warm up...
