ok thank you for the input, and i also just wanted to get your opinion on quick mass or xmass or something along those lines to help gain some lean mass. and is there any multivitamins that you would reccommend? i hear that they're an important part of working out as well

and also for the weight, i don't know if i want to get up to 160 cause that would be a bit monstrous for body size. cause as i said i'm only 5'3 and don't think i'm going to get much taller by the looks of things :p that's why i was thinking 135-140 maybe up to 150 for max

well, i have been eating a lot better since i started working out. i've dropped all the junk food no pop. and i've been just using regular protein to gain some muscle, i've been trying to eat a lot of lean meat as well to try to put some weight on but i can't seem to gain any weight at all, metaboli...
