first off, is there any specific part that you would like to tone more than others. Ex: abs, legs. You will want to focus on the body parts that you want to tone moreso but don't neglect the rest. hey, the only thing that really hit me when i was reading your diet is your protein shake. If you are drinking a 200g protein shake you are wasting protein.
