I am proud of progress
I started dieting and exercising 10 weeks ago. I walk 2.7 miles a day and work out on an exercise machine (with resistance bands) about 3 times a week. I do not eat after 6p.m. I eat light for breakfast and dinner but anything I want for lunch. I started out at 200 lbs. and now weigh 172. I am 5'5&q...
