Hey I realize that I am not a girl, but try olympic style lifts. Trust me they are so much better for you than isolation and they develop serious size and strength. Try deads, squats, lunges, upright rows, snatch hangs and high pulls, bent press, clean and press, also I really love kettlebells!

I asked the question to see if there were any new odd weird curls or tricep kickbacks that has a TWIST TO IT! SOMETHING DIFFERENT, ODD That I have never seen befo...

Per doctor protocol I am not able to do any weight training for a minimum of 8 months, but most likely longer. The doc and physical therapist won't le...

I am cleared to do biceps, but if I do any compound movements at all, it could re-tear labrum. I am certified by a number of organizations as a personal trainer, but I love learning new ideas, especially when I can only isolate and can't do anything compound! Trust me its driving me crazy, I am seei...

Hey I just recently had surgery, and I am looking for any new isolation moves for biceps and triceps? Unfortunately I am not able to do any compound movements where the real size comes, but till I heal, i could use any new ideas for bi's and tri's!

Hey dude yo need to do a few things for your biceps to grow! First thing you have to much isolation and not enough compound movements! Try involving chinups, but do them differently. For instance do one set where you are very close grip, then stagger your hands, then on the last two sets go very slo...

If you are looking for larger triceps try close grip bench press! They really burn your triceps, and improve your strength for bench and pushups! Diamond pushups really engage the triceps too!
