completely new to all this an have some questions
First, I found the list of cardio excersises and approx. how many calories you lose depending on your wieght. Now the problem is that it only goes up to 190. weight is 250, how do i calculate for that? Also, can i get away with losing weight with just doing cardio for now and weights later? Or is it...
