As suggested Incline Flyes are good and I'm also a fan of an incline barbell bench press (or smith machine) but with a close grip.

Your training too long for starters. It's better to go for 100% for 30mins then to average 70% over 90mins. The bigger the muscle is the more sets it will need. Per session I'd go with something like: Quads 8 - 10 sets Hams 6 - 8 although depends on overlap from quad exercises and vice versa Calves...

How long to spend on each muscle group?

Just as the title says. I'm currently training about 5 or 6 times a week spending about an hour and a half per session. Any of you bigger guys know how long I should be spending on each muscle group? I'm looking to gain more size but I dont want to sacrifice definition. Oh and incidently I always ge...
