Hey guys.
Im kinda new to weight training and heard from a friend that I need to use a heavier weight with every rep I do. So I started with it, increasing the dumbbell or machine weight with 2-10kg but I don’t know if it’s the best thing to do. Can anybody shed some light on this for me
