for the last 2 weeks i have been cycling in the early morning for 60-90 minutes. intial goal is to burn some fats and increase fitness and stamina before i do some muscle gaining or strength increasing exercises. now what i want to know is 1. what should i eat or drink before going out for cycling ?...
