I mean, sure, I looked through the forums and I see what to eat, but I have the cooking skills of a moose. So if anyone has any favorite recipes or links to sites with recipes (which fit with the whole weight loss plan, no death by chocolate cake please.) I'd be absolutely ecstatic to try them.
