Hello,
I am going to home country for one month. Can someone suggest a routine (bodyweight exercises) which I can do in home.
Do I lose existing muscle by doing only bodyweight exercises for this one month period?

Thanks for the reply Swanso. Squats (free weights) and chin/pull ups I started one month ago. I really see improvement (I can do 8*4 chin ups paired with over head press).
