actually most anyone thats just completed us marine corp basic or seals training, i've heard some seals say they can sleep and run with out even realizing they just switch to an auto-pilot like state of consciousness

most guys end up with thick outer and lower pecs but not much inner chest.

if you lifted very heavy yes, maybe. i know guys that can bench 500lbs and the dont have shit for inner chest mass.

i used to and youre supposed to try to explode up from the bottom of the rep, but you end up moving slowly.

fast twich is quick explosive reps like pl-er's do except of course a working set is going to be 6-15 reps depending on the muscle group.

1 - your posture is rterrible (note the leanback in the second picture) so you need plenty of back, glute and hamstring work for them...hey here's an idea, have someone teach you how to deadlift...and properly i dont think he has bad posture just an under muscled and flat-as apposed to barrel- ches...
