After along duration of in active lifestyle,do we recommend a person to start training program with cardiovascular/ aerobics exercises or to start with strength or anaerobic s exercises?

After awork out,i believe steam bath would be of quality benefit than Sauna given that Sauna is direct heat capable of dehydrating the body fluid which is highly required by the body at the moment after a work out.
