I dont know if its good genes or what, but im able to eat pretty much anything i want as much as i want, and i dont put on any fat. Rest Period

I benched the day before yesterday. And I feel perfectly fine. I felt perfectly fine yesterday, pecs felt like normal. Should I bench if pecs feel fine or should i wait, just in case?
I trained them pretty hard, im not sure why they feel so good lol.

I find i feel better taking it between 10-30 minutes before i work out. Its also good to consume protein right after the workout aswell.

i do crunches about once every 4 days... i do 12, then 10, then 8, then 6, then 12 again, with a 30 second break in between each. thats all, and i have a six pack.

That looks like a lot of jibberish to me and the numbers and abreviations are getting confusing. What i can get out of the first part is that working out in the morning, when your levels are highest, is best for you and would provide you with the most energy and strength possible? Am i right?
