Handstand Pushups?

I used to do what I would call handstand pushups. Because balance isn't that good, I'd do a handstand with back facing the wall and the backs of feet just barely touching the wall, then lower myself down and back up again. I've thought about starting this exercise again, and wanted opinions of those...

Ouch. Ok, np, I need criticism. That's part of the reason I'm here. When you say lop sided shoulders, I assume are referring to posture and not the actual development of those muscles? Or both? If you think that image was bad, you should have seen it before I tried to correct the image rotation! :oo...

Is there a guide or any advice regarding what ratios should be used when trying to gain muscle mass in order to achieve desirable proportions? I mean, I don't want to come out of this looking like Popeye, so I assume bench press should be more than what I could do for wrist curls (just an example), ...
