Hi i am 5 feet 6 inch . Weight 160lbs. currently i do cardio (running) 30min and burn 400 cal. i am also doing weight lifting. i go to gym 4-5 days. everything is going fine but is big.
please tell me what is the best exercise to get flat stomach? please advice. really worry abt
