So which of those actually focus on the calves then? Seems like a hell of a lot of Quad work and after doing the sort of hack squat/leg press routing I do I can hardly walk; I also did deadlifts as part of back workout. Besides; I'm not sure how that adds definition to other areas of the body - sure...

I tend to start the week on calves; standing or donkey calf raises - around 80kg - 1 set warm, 3 heavy and one super.

Then hamstrings is seated or laying curls; full stack on the machines to finish.

Quads is hack squats, extensions or leg press - currently at 250kg.

I train legs extremely heavy for size, should I do this more often i.e each part twice a week? It is a consistent training of legs; every week without missing it. I was told that doing too ma...

Shakes

If you order a good protein I would suggest adding it to blended fruit like 100g Strawberries or Blueberries - 250ml of OJ and two tsp of Flaxseed of Linseed oil. Flaxseed oil has many benifits to the organs and the joints, muscles etc. It is great stuff. Having two shakes a day; one around 11am and...

It's ok

Recommending Maximuscle to someone if they have loads of spare cash. Take Cyclone for example; it suggests two servings a day and has 20 servings per tub at £33+ a tub. That means you need to spend over £100 a month on your protein and there is no 100% proof that it works either?!!! I guess it...
