Calf and Thigh muscle building

legs are much bigger than upper body being a soccer player, I do sprints 2-3 times a week. Is that enough to maintain their size or even add to them? I feel they need more work just like the rest of body. :wink:

I can finally do about 50 normal push ups at once :D but I find the narrow grip and wide grip much harder... Which muscle groups do these focus on apart from middle chest?
