OK so I will try and be breif. I was in the Army for ten years and spent most of life under weight. 5ft 10 and 135lbs....I ran about 12-15 miles a week and played every sport possible....Now the sad part...I got married and and complacent and left the military...Now at 32 I am 178lbs with a spare ti...
