also ive pretty much taken every supplement conceivable possible except for roids obviously... eff people who roid. Ill give you some football drills u can use -Frog Jumps get in a squat position, get on the balls of your feet, use your arms and legs to explode yourself up into the air, knee's to your chest, then land on the balls of your feet again.
