Help gaining muscle/losing weight within 3months.
Ok... im 17 year olds. Weight: 226, Height: 6"0. I'm a senior, I did football in 9/10th grade.. but stopped in 11th. Now its senior year and I want to rejoin that and do weightlifting(team).... But im afraid im not as strong as everyone else because of a year of not working out... I gained fat ...
