yess ya that makes a lot mroe sense to me. I made calculations to total daily carbs, protein and fats for each day. Thank you Boss, i really appreciate your help. I am confused about meal 2. how would you like me to change it??? So i should eliminate the peanut butteR??? and add like half scoop of protein powder with water and like 3 or 4 almonds maybE?? I am sry i am confused.

Hi.. I have a question about sets. How many sets are u supposed to do on an average for each workout session. I have read on many websites that 15-18 sets is good enough. Obviously for smaller muscles such as bisceps, triceps you dont go that high on the set range. But for like legs, back, chest is ...

I looked at fittracker workout plans but they suggest that you should do 3 sets of 10 or 2 sets of 10 for each work out.
