When I lost all of the weight in the beginning of the year, I was actually eating less. I would have a salad with chicken and a slice of low carb whole wheat bread for both lunch and dinner.
As for the sprints, I'll try to find an indoor track.

I usually eat 3 meals a day. Oatmeal for breakfast, salad with chicken in it for lunch and either steak or chicken for dinner with vegetables and some kind of rice/carb.
