The personal Trainers at gym (Lifetime Fitness) have "ACE" or NASM for their CPTC or NC's.

I wasn't worried and am not offended either. How was the workout plan though. Did I hit the right muscles in order for the Agonist /Antagonist's stuff? I will learn more later on the nutrition portion due to taking a nutrition class this up coming semester?

Look for a book called "Core Performance" at your local Boarders Bookstore or Waldens Bookstore look/read some of the book at the store and you'll find everything you need there.

Well first I'm going try and help. Eat BREAKFAST everyday with two bowls of Cheerios, fruit, a glass of milk and two glasses of water.
