I workout at night and have no problem falling sleep afterwards. The best time to workout is whenever it is possible for you to workout, which is anytime . I have to disagree. This doesn’t go across the board for everyone . There are some people who wont be able to fall asleep if they workout too...

FeeFee, What do you do for cardio? The best thing for cardio is about 20-30 min interval or sprint style. I mix cardio....i do roughly 40-45 mins of whatever cardio activity I choose for the day, and I do HIIT sessions on some days for shorter periods. I do high intensity aerobics (including steps)...

Thanks V....I mix almost every workout session with both compound and isolation exercises....is this too much? I dont feel wrecked or anything like that afterwards. I still have some body fat to lose, so cardio is very important as well and i dont want to stress myself out with full body routines i...

fee you must get off the smith machine, you'll only end up hurting yourself and it won't make you better at free squats...learn with a light wt and work up is the only way I know, I know....i guess I' d better man up pretty fast and just attack it. How do you prevent all that leaning forward though...
