full body workouts are the way to go genrally...only 60min sessions max...you may need to do less per session but more efficicent exercises, no wasting time on curls push downs and the like..2 days off in a row isn;lt great for metabolism i'd do mon/wed fri wts then tue sat cardio/abs/bag work I'm ...

I do not do them all in one day. I do Chest and Biceps on the 1st day Triceps and legs on the 2nd 3rd day off, then back to the rotation I do abs and some cardio work every night which only includes a stair stepper and speed bag doing abs inbetween. I'm 55 YO. Been down for almost 4 years. I have had back surgery, foot surgery,shoulder surgery, carpal tunnel surgery on elbows and wrist's.
