- so you'll need a bodyweight program to start with...i suggest searching "your body is a barbell" by alwyn cosgrove and seeing how it looks then ask away... That's crazy! I looked up the exercises he suggests on YouTube to see how they're performed and they look great ... I'm always iffy...
