Some advice please

im a 17 yr old and have lost a little over 105lbs in the past year and a half...currently i am 5' 10" 170lbs..i workout 5 days a week with 3-4 days of cardio and now i have hit a plateau..I can't seem to gain anymore strength and still want to tone up alot (mostly around mid section and legs) (...

17 yr old...need some advice
