need advice

i turn 18 in december, ive been in the gym doin weights for a while but i was wondering what the right program was to get bigger/stronger muscles, as in and how many sets and reps for particular muscle groups ect.. any other tips useful? also is it bad to switch a training program after a few months?

ive been doing strength training for maybe 2-3 months, i can see results however im concerned over these stories that crop up about if you cease this kind of activity, your muscles will go flabby. although i am commited at the moment i dont know how long it can last, so i was wondering if there was ...
