Yes, you can drink water during your workout.
In reguards to the next question, drinking plenty of water can reduce water retention. So you may hold less water under your skin. Drinking plenty of water is helpful because when you don't drink enough water (which many people don't) the kidneys dump their workload on the liver, making it more difficult for the liver to metabolize stored fat. Drinking plenty of water helps with many other body functions.
How much water are you drinking now?

If you are not sufficiently hydrated during your training session, it will definitly decrease performance. Even a small deficiency can have a fairly significant impact. Therefore, drinking 12-16 cups, or 3-4 liters, per day is essencial for someone fairly active.jd12 wrote:I'm not really sure, but i do know that i don't drink enough. So i'd say about 2L (complete estimate) so if i drink, let's say 5L a day, will i actually see a visible change?
