Like most of you, I lead a pretty busy lifestyle. I have found that if I take two hours on Sundays to prepare for the coming week, it really seems to help me to manage time and stay on track; especially for lunches at work where your efforts can easily be derailed.
I'll fire up the grill and cook about 6 chicken breasts for the week, cut up some canelope and strawberries for fruit during the week, and cook some wild whole grain rice for the week as well.
Just a suggestion for all you guys who are busy.
Time management and eating right

That is a great idea craig! I seem to be quite pressed for time too and to keep myself from over-eating at lunch (and over spending!) throughout the week I pack a healthy choice steamer meal. Pretty good stuff with a good mixture of carbs proteins and fats and they are only $3.00 a piece!
I'm loving the fresh fruit idea!

Craig,
I do the same thing I cook hard boiled eggs for the week make a big bowl of salad and cut up fruit it really makes things a lot easier. Dinner during the week is usually fish, wheat pasta, or chicken breasts all of which cook real fast. I also cook up brown rice for a couple of meals as well. Breakfast is easy for me with either oatmealor Kashi cereal with a piece of whole grain toast.
