hey guys and gals, hopefully someone can help me. I used to be a workout machine about 4 years ago, i used to work out everyday and follow a great diet that allowed me to loose 65 pounds in a little over a year. The thing is that i was so heavy before that i lost that weight too fast, i had surgery to remove gal bladder cuz of Gall Stnes. now i have some freaking fear of going back in the gym and cant seem to get back in shape, Any tips in regards to getting back in to shape. (work out routines, Diets, weight training) i am starting to gain alot of weight again and cant seem to get back in the wagon.

What kind of training did you do before?

What kind of diet did you have before? Meal types? Eating times?

We might be able to restart, or scale down aspects of what you did, rather than start compeltely from scratch.
