The gym I attend is currently on the Les Mills band wagon and I was wondering if anyone had ever attended a Bodypump, Bodyattack, etc class.
I've attended a few Bodypump classes and been satisfied with the weight routines. I did the Bodyattack class and, other than being hard on the knees (soccer injuries), wasn't terribly bad. High intensity cardio was good.
Has anyone else had experience? Opinions?
