I noticed a box of raisins has like 29 Grams of sugar in it. The reason i'm asking is because i like the ad it to oatmeal. I think it's to much sugar is there anyway i can get unseated raisins.
Raisins are a carbohydrate (sugar). 29grams equals almost 2 servings of carbohydrate. There's no reason not to add it to your oatmeal as long as you are not watching carb intake due to diabetes or are monitoring your calorie intake. All food other than fat is converted to sugar.
