Man Boobs

Post by raazaa »

Hi. I am sure alot of guys out there can read this term and cringe! Little bit of fat on chest is good, it helps you from looking flat-chested & decieve some to think of it as muscle instead. But a little extra flesh up there & you're always wearing a shirt with two front pockets!!! :S

I am 28 yr old guy & have always had little bit of fat around chest. But in the last 3 years I have gained 22 lbs & boobs have gained fat too. They've gotten pointy & embarrasing. Other than that, I have gained waistline mostly. Rest of body's pretty much like it was earlier.

I am not into lifting weights & prefer outdoor form of workouts, aerobics & swimming.

Kindly pitch in with your suggestions to help me get rid of them and to acquire a beach body that I never had!

Thanks

All that's needed for me to be happy and have a healthy lifestyle...(in one way anyway)

A well stocked kitchen (an 18 year old redheaded dietition who enjoys being nude to make meals would be a plus ;))

A fully stocked weight room. (no nude females due to distraction issues)

A track, a length pool, an elyptical, a treadmill and perhaps one of those wave things (still researching it), (nude females always welcome here)

A very comfy bed in a quiet and dim room with no alarms or telephones (nude females welcome here, prefer ones who don't snore louder than me)

A hobby room for reading, drawing, painting, welding, woodwork, movies, etc (nude females also welcome here, must enjoy a multitude of hobbies)

Oh, the type of bank account that never dries up, pays me good interrest and charges me nothing. (I believe nude females here is against societies norms) lol.

Is this too much to ask for in life?

Notice what 5 elements are needed for a healthy lifestyle:
Clean, Good Food
Resistance Exercise
Cardio Exercise
Sleep
Relaxation
A good Sense of humor with social interraction

Everything else is filler, any questions?

Cheers
