Dont' know where to post this.. but I was doing Tricep workouts yesterday and I got a little puzzled.
I did the 'Peg Place Weight' machine. You put a peg on a desired weight, and go from there. It's when the pully is above your head, and you pull down. I turn back to the pully, pull the weight forward over head, and then extend arms foward to pull it. Working the Triceps. I'm sure you know what I'm talking about..
Anyway.. this is what happened:
I started at 90, it was really easy. So I put it to 100. Did 3 reps. Then, I did other work outs, some biceps, and shoulders.. then I went back. 100 seemed really easy. So I went to 110. Did 3 reps. Okay.. Did other exercises. Went back, 110 seemed easy I went to 120 and did two reps. The second rep I got to 4 and ran out of gas.
But.. should it be going down in weights as arms get more tired? Or just same weight lower amount per rep? It's strange..
(Note: I say 'rep' as in being I do it until I can't do it anymore.)
Wondering why this is...
