I dont know what to do anymore. I am trying to lose another 30lbs and I've plateaued. I eat portion sizes, I eat 4-6 small meals a day, I stop eating before 8... and I'm active 7 days a week with running, swing dancing, rock climbing, plus im a waitress so even at work I'm being active. I dont know what to do to jump start weight loss. Please help.
Rock climbing is awesome.
You may not be eating enough for the activity you do.
You don't need to stop eating after 8 p.m., unless you sleep at like 8:30.
You also need to build some muscle, do you train at all?
There is the possibility that you are overtraining as well, when do you take a day off any type of training? It sounds like you aren't getting enough fuel like Diana suggested. Perhaps a sample of a days meals would help us get a bigger picture. And as Diana asked, do you weight train?
