So I'm 15 years old, , about 5'5 and 126 pounds.
I've been working out quite a few months now and arms are getting stronger and I have at least developed pecs and arms. problem is overall fat ESPECIALLY stomach area. I wanna maintain or gain more muscle mass but atleast lose fat ESPECIALLY in . What do you think I should do?

I can do the Eating healthier part, but I don't think I would be able to follow those meals as you know, I don't prepare meals but protein is ALWAYS present on EVERY meal.
So, I wanna lose fat but I wanna gain muscle mass in the process.
What do you think I should do?

Talk it out with mom, if she is the meal planner. She would probably support you wanting to eat healthier and working out. Show her and tell her what you are looking for. Calm, rational and cool communication with her will show her you are serious about this and ask her for her help and support. Believe it or not she only wants what's best for you and who can argue healthy choices as good and best for you?
