I am starting up weight loss / Getting fit for the Army routine. About a yaer ago I was vamping up for the same thing but during running phases I got Runners knee which put off any cardio for 6 weeks. That sucked and changes in life held back goal of rejoining.
I am back into that mode and want it bad.
I am going to start off with cardio on a bike. Keepng any cardio low impact on knees for now. I even have the Mag Resitance Stand for riding inside on rainy days.
Does anyone else use a bike instead of just shoes for their Road Work?
Also...is it 4 - 1 or 5 - 1 for Bike vs. Running Miles ( 8 Miles Bike = 2 Miles Running)
