ways to get stronger!!!
as you can see i need help with not only gaining weight but building up strength. do anyone have any ideas???
gaining strength and weight too easy
first off are you taking any kind of supplements?? If not find some.. I like BSN products. The No-Explode will keep you wanting to workout long after you muscles say you cant. High weight low reps. Try a weight where 3-5 reps is all you can do. Work on a part a day. I.E. Arms monday Chest tuesday etc etc. Then after your workout Cell Mass and their protein Synthia 6 or Muslce Milk thats not a BSN product but taste great. Mix in fruit for smoothie snacks during ur day. extremely IMPORTANT DO SOME CARIDO KEEPS THE WEIGHT OFF YOUR STOMACH AREA. Eat right and stick to this and you will be a lean mofo and gain alot of muscle mass. Oh I like the fruit punch no-explode but orange and grape and to bad. And if you really want to get just huge look to a test booster to go with ur supplements BSN makes one thats great in Axis. Hopes this helps.

No-Explode ? no ... no just no.
What it does really ?
You better keep that 60$ for yourself.
I can get a "pump" while writing right now so that doesn't mean a lot of things.
For protein takes the cheapest and bodypart split aren't the best performance and fitness wise.
Before talking about supplement there's a long way.

Hey just posting what has worked for yours truely...I did this for 15 months while in Baghdad and seen pretty good gains....Not a whole lot of time to workout either but when i did I stuck to routine and the stuff i was taking and gained over 20lbs and I say 95% was muscle mass. And No-Explode it only like 30 bucks when buying online. www.prosource.net So I hope any advice I give will help someone in strength and gain of muscle. I am 5'6" and 180 I just came back I went there at 160. I was 185 but 82nd we run alot and it takes alot off of ya when we run 5-7 miles a day. So Aero I hope this helps.
Nothing really wrong with bodypart split Chris. Big lifters have been doing them for years, and not when they started doing Steroids either.
Only difference between a pretty big naturals regime, and a juicers regime might be on Chest for example, 18+ sets, compared to 12 for a non-juicer.
Compound stuff works, Upper / Lower body splits work, Caning specific muscles on a 5 day a week system also works. Some say Pyramid is good for them, I never liked it. Supersetting, drop setting etc etc, all have good merit
As mentioned somewhere else. You can learn fron a good certifying authority, and get qualfied, but never forget newer methods or ways of thinking, have their results, but that doesn't mean all older methods and ways of thinking, should be phased out or looked on as inferior.
I've known guys do splits like that and get good mass, and in opinion for those who believe old school splits work, the results are definitely there, providing the effort and calories are adequate.
There will be certain people considered big names in the training world, some like to read about, and others don't, but as long as you're open to the reality, that many differing methods have their place, (old and new), no matter, what ways you might favour with future clients, you keep your thinking more open.
thinking is, it's not so much the syetm you use, as how you eat that matters. A solid training system whether it's Compunds, Supersetting, BP Splits, Upper/ Lower splts etc etc, will work providing you have the right nutrition relative to your weight.
