So confused. what to eat?!

I wake up at five AM to sprint, jog,..etc. basically to do cardio and some aerobic excercises. question is, if goal is burn fat, do I eat before working out? I read that if one's goal is to burn fat, then drink only water. However others have told me to eat something before exercising.

Really confused about this. If you could answer questions, thank you so much.

Yes it both pre and post workout.

Pre - Solid protein.

Post - Liquid protein.

cos your training so early...

pre - banana and protein and water shake

post - protein shake, sugary cerial

30mins later - solid protein, veggies and maybe a secondary carb meal (bread, rice or pasta but not a heap)

all other meals are protein, veg and salad
