i had taken soy milk kinda consistently for 2 months about a month ago, and im a little scared over the stuff i heard about how it can give u boobs, i quickly stopped after hearing this, but after 2 months, is the damage already done?????
i think i may have read something about too much milk, mot neccesarily soy, can do that (obviously not huge boobs) coulped with a shitty diet as well but can't be sure...you'll only get boos mainly if your testosterone levels are low
even in the event that this may be the case, building up chest muscles would probably reverse this effect, coupled with the effects of glutamine supplements and such, right???
too many calories would be the underlying problem but building up the muscle will help of course...gluteamine doesn't build muscle, it presevres in time of low cal's and / or high energy expenditure
